According to survey analytics from Saudi Arabia conducted by KPMG, 76% of the HR executives in the Kingdom believe that technology can transform the HR industry and workforce. However, reports suggest that only 42% of HR executives have a digital work plan in place in both SMEs and MNCs. IT organization, HR analytics and business intelligence have become popular buzz words in the HR sector. According to Bersin by Deloitte, one-third of the employees in Saudi Arabia expect their jobs to become augmented by AI in the near future in which 38% of enterprises are already using AI in the workforce. In line with this, the by-invite only conference will have an exclusive discussion on the organizational transformation in the age of change with a spotlight of AI for HR. The discussion with highlight the rate of change, dynamic stability and the constraints faced by HR experts in regulating these transformations and overcoming the barriers.
