Ajman CSR Centre, an organisation affiliated to Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Ajman Chamber), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ajman Specialty General Hospital, with the agreement aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two entities for the benefit of Ajman Chamber members.

The MoU was signed at Ajman Specialty Hospital by Nasser Al-Dhafri, CEO of Ajman CSR Centre, and Fatima Al Muhairi, Acting Director General of Ajman Specialist Hospital, with the signatories undertaking to work together to implement pioneering community initiatives, share their expertise and provide mutual support to enhance the visions and directions of both parties.

Under the terms of the MoU, Ajman Specialty Hospital will provide health services and special discounts for Ajman Chamber companies and businesses that are approved by Ajman CSR Centre. The agreement also provides for the hosting of awareness programmes and educational workshops for targeted workers in the private sector to increase health awareness in society, in line with the vision of the Emirate of Ajman for a ‘a happy society that contributes to building a green economy, stimulated by a distinguished government in harmony with the spirit of the union.’

Nasser Al-Dhafri stressed the keenness of Ajman CSR Centre to strengthen the framework of joint cooperation with various government and private sector organisations, whether at the state level or at the level of the Emirate of Ajman, in order to enhance the exchange of experiences and the upgrading of services provided to members of Ajman Chamber to improve their prosperity and well-being.

"The signing of the MoU with Ajman Specialty General Hospital comes as a new step in the centre’s journey towards activating cooperation and communication between the two parties and the establishing of a long-term strategic partnership that achieves mutual benefit and contributes to enhancing health awareness for employees working in institutions and companies in the Emirate of Ajman. The agreement aims to help achieve the vision and objectives of the Emirate and the state, in accordance with the objectives of the Ajman Chamber and Ajman Specialty General Hospital,” he said.

For her part, Fatima Al Muhairi confirmed that Ajman Specialty General Hospital aims to diversify its partnerships with all parties, noting the importance of the MoU and its role in opening new channels to provide medical services to a wide range of economic establishments operating in the Emirate of Ajman, especially in view of the high quality of the hospital’s healthcare teams.

Al Muhairi explained that the hospital provides many specialised services, including paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, physiotherapy, orthopaedics, dermatology, dentistry, and ear, nose and throat, that contribute significantly to enhancing therapeutic services in Ajman.
