Mobily and Ericsson have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly develop and test selected 5G use-cases and deployment scenarios in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the agreement covers technical co-opration and field demonstrations as well as 4G to 5G evolution. The MOU was signed during GITEX 2016 in Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The MOU was signed on the sideline of Gitex Dubai, since Engineer Mohamed Al Badrani Senior Executive Officer Network Engineering sign the MOU on behalf of chief technology officer at Mobily and Mr. Ali Eid, Head of Ericsson Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Palestine on behalf of Ericsson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5G offers tremendous flexibility, greater capacity, high security, higher data rates and lower latency.
